Сторони, керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч.5 ст.36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII, дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі №144 від 18.06.2019 року, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку. Сторони домовились збільшити загальну суму товару за цим договором на 5354.00 грн.
