Сторони за взаємною згодою домовились викласти п.4.6. Договору в наступній редакції: «4.6. Розрахунки за роботи у 2017 році між Сторонами не здійснюються внаслідок неналежних погодних умов, що унеможливили виконання робіт. Прийомка та оплата робіт у обсязі 4 345 109,96 грн. (чотири мільйони триста сорок п’ять тисяч сто девять грн. 96 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 724 184,99 грн. буде здійснюватись у 2018 році після затвердження бюджетних призначень і надходження фінансування на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника. У випадку внесення змін до річних кошторисних призначень розмір розрахунків може бути змінений з оформленням додаткової угоди.»
