Note:
Враховуючи постанову НКРЕКП від 31.07.2024 №1399 «Про встановлення тарифів на централізоване водопостачання та централізоване водовідведення КП «Харківводоканал» вартість послуги:
з 01.01.2024-31.07.2024 складає 16,032грн. з урахуванням ПДВ за 1 м.куб - 5481 м.куб;
з 01.08.2024-31.12.2024 складає 27,444грн. з урахуванням ПДВ за 1 м.куб - 2260 м.куб.
Зменшити суму договору на 4,36 грн (чотири грн. 36 коп.) та пункт 3.1 розділу ІІІ. ЦІНА ДОГОВОРУ викласти в новій редакції:
"3.1. Ціна цього Договору: 149 894,84 грн (сто сорок дев'ять тисяч вісімсот дев'яносто чотири грн. 84 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 20%: 24982,47грн.
