1.1.3 У Розділі 16 Договору змінити реквізити ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА та викласти їх в новій редакції
1.2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними

Сторони, керуючись пунктом 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону уклали цю Додаткову угоду №2 про наступне:
1.1 З урахуванням листа Постачальника про продовження співпраці, гарантії виконання зобов’язань та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 4.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2020 року» замінити цифрами та словами «03 лютого 2021 року»
1.1.2 У п.10.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2020 року» замінити цифрами та словами «03 лютого 2021 року»
1.2 Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
