В зв’язку з дефектурою ринку на препарат «Інем плюс д/п р-н для в/в інф. 500мг №1», що підтверджується листом виробника №13.1/12-18 від 13.12.2018р. керуючись ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» , ст..36, п.4, п.п.1 (зменшення обсягів закупівлі) сторони домовились внести зміни до договору №190 від 10.04.2018р., а саме:
Згідно п.1.2. розділу 1 «Предмет договору» зменшити обсяги закупівлі та суму Договору №190 від 10.04.2018р. в розмірі «Двадцять тисяч сто дев’яносто чотири грн. 20 коп (20194,20 грн) (в т.ч. ПДВ 7% - 1321,12 грн)
