Болград Одеської області, що об’єктивно унеможливлює виконання робіт в передбачені Договором строки (Довідка КП Болградської міської ради «Горводоканал» від 20.12.2019 року №726), Сторони вирішили продовжити строк дії Договору до 01.06.2020 р. з метою виконання Підрядником взятих на себе зобов’язань, що не призведуть до збільшення суми за Договором.
