Note:
Положеннями статті 7 Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії» визначено, що на ринку електричної енергії державному регулюванню підлягає, зокрема тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії. 11 липня 2020 року Національна комісія, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг прийняла Постанову № 1329 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 10 грудня 2019 року № 2668», якою було збільшено тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії до 0,24023 грн. за 1 кВт/год. Вказана постанова набирає чинності з 01 серпня 2020 року (http://www.nerc.gov.ua/?id=52923). З урахуванням введення зазначених змін, що не залежать від волі енергопостачальника, існує необхідність укласти додаткову угоду, якою скоригувати об'єм електричної енергії до Договору поставки. Додаток: Проект додаткової угоди.

У зв’язку з необхідністю проведення Споживачем процедури закупівлі електричної енергії на 2021 рік, відповідно до ст.ст .651-654 Цивільного кодексу України,керуючись ч.5 ст36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору та уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Продовжити дію Договору до 31 січня 2021 року включно. 2. Встановити, що об’єм поставки в 2021 році визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами та не може перевищувати 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
