Керуючись Законом України "Про ринок електричної енергії" та п.2ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", у зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії, яке документально підтверджується довідкою Харьківської торгово-промислової палати №309/20 від 20.03.2020року, відповідно до якої середньозважена ціна купівлі-продажу електрично енергії зросла. Дійшли згоди щодо внесення змін.

Зміна регульованого тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії з 01.08.2020 року,відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП № 1329 від 11.07.2020 року "Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 10 грудня 2019 року №2668. У зв'язку з чим укладається додаткова угода до Договору про постачання електричної енергії на зміну ціни електричної енергії відповідно п.7 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". Загальна сума забов'язань, визначених в додаткових угодах не може перевищувати ціни даного договору. Обсяг закупівлі на 2020 рік становить 217580,2309 кВт/год. згідно цін (тарифів) електричної енргії.

У зв'язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії, яке документально підтверджується довідою Харківської торгово-промислоої палати № 1002/20 від 14 вересня 2020 року,дійшли згоди щодо внесення наступних змін, а саме: 1. У зв'язку з арифметичною помилкою внести зміни до додаткової угоди №3 від 24.07.2020 року,а саме: слова та цифри "Загальна сума договору становить 607056грн. 77 коп. змінити на 605357 грн. 77 коп. з ПДВ. Слова та цифри "Обсял закупівлі на 2020 рік становить 218203,723959 кВт/год. згідно цін (тарифів) електричної енергії визначених у додатку 2 до договору змінити на 217580,2309 кВт/год. 2.Внести зміни до розділу 5 пункт 5.1 договору та викласти в наступній редакції: обсяг закупівлі на 2020 рік становить 210593,39441 кВтгодю згідно цін (тарифів) електричної енергіїх визначених у додатку 2 до договору.
