На виконання вимог Порядку реєстрації та обліку бюджетних зобов’язань розпорядників бюджетних коштів та одержувачів бюджетних коштів в органах Державної казначейської служби України, затвердженого наказом Міністерства фінансів України від 02.03.2012 № 309, (у редакції від 13.01.2020), відповідно до лімітної довідки на 2020 рік від 24.12.2019 № 5, виданої Департаментом культури виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) для ТВЗК «Київський національний академічний театр оперети» за КПКВК 1017324, виникла необхідність у приведенні у відповідність ціни Договору, шляхом зменшення суми договору на 17 675 121,93 грн.
