Відповідно до ч.6ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 31540,00 грн,що не перевищує 20% від суми договору , з метою здійснення видатків на початку 2023 року на час проведення процедури закупівлі і викласти пункт 5.2 Договору в наступній редакції:Загальна вартість цього договору становить 157700,00 грн,крім того ПДВ-31540,00,разом з ПДВ-189240,00грн.Викласти пункт 13.1 Договору в новій редакції:Цей договір набирає чинності з 01 лютого 2022 року і діє до 28 лютого 2023 р.(включно),а в частині проведення розрахунків-до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань з Договором.
Викласти в новій редакції п.7 Додатку №2"Комерційна пропозиція" до договору:цей договір набирає чинності з 01 лютого 2022 року та діє до 28 лютого 2023 року,якщо інше не встановлено комерційною пропозицією, а в частині проведення розрахунків-до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за Договором.
