Відповідно до ст.36 ч.5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIІІ (із змінами), де зазначено: «Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку», тому згідно п.9.3 зазначеного Договору, продовжити дію Договору до 31.03.2019р. в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у Договорі від 05.11.2018р. №0173/18з, на суму 18201,00 грн. з ПДВ. Загальна сума Договору в цілому складає 109209,00 грн. з ПДВ.
