Note:
Відповідно до додаткової угоди № УЗ/ЦБМЕС-21370/Ю-д-1 від 28.12.2021 збільшенно суму визначену в початковому договорі на 20% - 237 917,52 грн. (двісті тридцять сім тисяч дев’ятсот сімнадцять грн. 52 коп) з ПДВ. Однак, при завантажені цієї додаткової угоди у електронну систему закупівель не змінено загальну суму договору з урахуванням додаткової угоди.Для внесення коректної суми оплати за договором про закупівлю в звіт про виконання договору.
