У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі відповідно до частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовилися змінити обсяг закупівлі та зменшити вартість послуг на 270101,40грн. (Двісті сімдесят тисяч сто одна грн..40коп.)та внести зміни в пункт 3.1. Договору виклавши його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 597318,60 грн. (П’ятсот дев’яносто сім тисяч триста вісімнадцять грн. 60 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ.»
