У зв'язку із збільшенням середньозваженої ціни на ринку "на добу наперед" (РДН) в листопаді 2021 р. - 3352,35 грн/Мвт*год без ПДВ в порівнянні з жовтнем 2021 р. -2793,44 грн/Мвт*год без ПДВ, що підтверджено довідку Хмельницької торгово-промислової палати від 23.11.2021 року № 22-05/1204, Сторони за взаємною згодою вирішили ДЛодаток 1 до Договору № 21900203 від 01.03.2021 року викласти в новій редакції. Даний Додаток є невід'ємною частиною Додаткової угоди до Договору
