Відповідно до ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, п. 1. ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та на підставі п.1 ч. 11.2 даного Договору, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Згідно пункту 1.3. вказаного Договору зменшити обсяг товару та видатків, у відповідності до фактичних видатків замовника, на суму 49 921,92 грн. (сорок дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять одна грн. 92 коп.)
2. Пункт 3.1. викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Сума Договору становить: 192 689,28 грн. (сто дев’яносто дві тисячі шістсот вісімдесят дев’ять грн 28 коп.) з ПДВ.

Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Постачальник зобов’язується поставити товар в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 93 від 14 березня 2022 року (далі - Договір) в період з 01.01.2023 року по 31.03.2023 року включно.
2. Загальна сума вартості Договору на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить 212 921 гривень 11 копійок з ПДВ. Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2023 рік 20 % від суми початкового договору про закупівлю складає 35 482 гривень 50 копійок з ПДВ
3. Кількість/ обсяг товарів згідно Додатку №1 Договору № 93 від 14 березня 2022 року з урахуванням змін становить:
