Note:
1.Враховуючи пункти 4.4, 4.6, 4.9, 17.2 Договору підряду № 352 від 15.11.2018р. Сторони дійшли згоди, продовжити строк виконання робіт.
Відповідно пункт 4.1. пункт 12.4. пункт 17.1. Договору підряду викладаються в новій редакції, а саме:
«4.1.Підрядник розпочинає виконання робіт після підписання сторонами договору підряду і повиннен завершити їх в строк до 31.12.2020року (з правом дострокового виконання)».
«12.4. Кінцеві розрахунки між сторонами здійснюються до 31.12.2020р.»
«17.1. Цей договір вступає в силу з дня його підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін і діє до 31.12.2020р.»
2. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити бюджетні призначення на 2020 рік в розмірі 81 835,00 грн.
