Сторони дійшли згоди доповнити пункт 5.3 розділу 5 "Ціна договору, оплата послуг з розподілу електричної енергії" пунктом 5.3.1 наступного змісту:
"5.3.1 Відповідно до кошторисних призначень Споживача на 2022 рік виділені бюджетні зобов'язання складають на дату укладання додаткової угоди 19756,00 грн. (дев'ятнадцять тисяч сімсот п'ятдесят шість грн. 00 коп.), з ПДВ, які фінансуються з місцевого бюджету,
та за рахунок надходжень від оплати за відшкодування комунальних послуг Споживача - 233571,50 грн. (двісті тридцять три тисячі сімдесят одна грн. 50 коп.), з ПДВ.
В подальшому бюджетні зобов'язання можуть збільшуватися відповідно до кошторисних призначень Споживача, а сума від оплати за відшкодування комунальних послуг зменшуватися."
