Note:
Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII (зі змінами та доповненнями) та згідно п.10.3 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди що дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Сторони домовилися продовжити дію Договору №123 від 25.01.2021р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме до 31 березня 2022 року.
