у звязку з збільшенням тарифу на теплову енергію у відповідності до рішення виконавчого комітету №211 від 17.08.2022 року "Про встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію, її виробництво, транспортування та постачання для ПП "Ямпільтеплобудсервіс"є необхідність внести зміни в ціну одиниці товару керуючись п. 1, п. 7 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" тому враховуючи відсутність додаткових призначень на закупівлю даного товару є необхідність зменшити обсяг закупівлі.
