Сторони керуючись ЗУ «Про затвердження Указу Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» від 15.08.2022 року № 2500-ІX, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 105 від 22 червня 2022 р. та виконання зобов'язань по ньому і викласти пункт 7.1 в такій редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання сторонами і діє до 21 листопада 2022 року, а в частині оплати за поставлений товар - до повного виконання сторонами узятих на себе зобов’язань.
