У зв’язку з зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, згідно з рішенням сесії Херсонської міської ради, керуючись пунктами п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та 1.3.7., п. 5.2. цього Договору, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до пунктів 1.2. «Предмет договору» та 3.1. цього Договору «Ціна угоди», а саме зменшити суму на 2 092 966,79 грн.
