На підставі Постанови НКРЕКП від 29.12.2016 року № 2439 "Про внесення змін до деяких постанов НКРЕКП" внести зміни до пункту 3.3 розділу 3 та викласти в наступній редакції: "Тариф для бюджетних установ з 30.12.2016 за 1 Гкал - 1423 грн. 10 коп. (у тому числі ПДВ - 237 грн. 18 коп.). При зміні тарифів, нові тарифи обов'язкові для обох сторін даного договору з моменту їх введення.

Обсяг закупівель буде визначений після затвердження Річного плану закупівель ДАП «Україна» на 2018 рік, про що Сторонами буде укладено Додаткову угоду.
