1. Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю та внесення змін до нього» розділу VIІІ «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, а також згідно з Додатком 5 до тендерної документації та п.12.4. Договору № 34HA від 17.07.2020р, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 31.03.2021, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі
