Відповідно до ч. 6 ст 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення закупівлі на початок наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, а саме до 31.03. 2022 року. Враховуючи вищевикладене, сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 15 036,33 грн., що не перевищую 20% від суми початкового договору.
