1. Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 3.1. та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 277729,15 грн. (Двісті сімдесят сім тисяч сімсот двадцять дев’ять грн.. 15 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ – 46288,19 грн., в т.ч. послуга з постачання теплової енергії – до 106 Гкал на суму 277729,15 грн. (Двісті сімдесят сім тисяч сімсот двадцять дев’ять грн.. 15 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ – 46288,19 грн., в т.ч. послуга з постачання гарячої води - 0,000м3 на суму 0,00 грн. ( Нуль грн. 00 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ - 0,00 грн.»
2. Керуючись пунктом 12.1. Договору про закупівлю теплової енергії та послуги з централізованого постачання гарячої води від 24.11.2021 № 351-Т Сторони погодили доповнити його абзацом наступного змісту:
«Дію договору продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, а саме до 04.03.2022 року.»
