В зв’язку з фактичним фінансуванням та відповідно до кошторису закладу на 2022р.
1. Доповнити розділ 5. «Ціна, порядок обліку та оплати електричної енергії» пункту 5.1. в
наступній редакції:
«Відповідно до кошторисних призначень бюджетні зобов’язання по даному договору
зменшуються на суму 8086,50 (Вісім тисяч вісімдесят шість грн.50 коп.), що
становлять 142897 грн. 50 коп. (Сто сорок дві тисячі вісімсот дев’яносто сім грн.50
коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ - 23816,25грн. Подальше взяття зобов’язань по даному договору
буде збільшуватись по мірі збільшення кошторисних призначень та
регламентуватись шляхом укладення додаткових угод, але не більше суми
проведеної закупівлі, зазначеної в пункті 5.1. Договору».
