У відповідності до ст.36 п.5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та затвердженого кошторису доходів та видатків внести зміни в п.1 Додаткової Угоди до Угоди про закупівлю електричної енергії на 2019 рік до договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг №8 від 01.01.2019р., (далі – Угода), а саме: суму, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначених в угодах, укладених в попередньому році, зменшити на 3757,81грн з урахуванням ПДВ .
