Note:
Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі"та пункту 10.1 договору сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному у попередньому році. Ціна цієї додаткової угоди становить 355 728, 00(триста п'ятдесят п'ять тисяч сімсот двадцять вісім грн 00 коп) без ПДВ. Додаткова угода діє до 29 лютого 2020 року.
