На підставі пункту 7 частини 4 статті 36 Закону та пункту 3.3. розділу 3, пункту 11.5 розділу 11 Договору, враховуючи зміни в нормативно-правових документах, які регламентують роботу газотранспортної системи України, а саме Постановою НКРЕКП №3013 від 24.12.2019 року з 01 березня 2020 року затверджено коефіцієнт, який застосовується при замовленні потужності на добу наперед - на рівні 1,10 умовних одиниць, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару та зменшити загальний об’єм постачання природного газу, при цьому загальна вартість Договору залишається без змін

Відповідно до прийнятої постаттови HKPEKП № 1611 від 26.08.2020 року «Про затвердження Змін до деяких постанов HKPEKП» з 01 вересня 2020 року внесено зміни до Кодексу газотранспортної системи (постанова HKPEKП від 30 вересня 2015 року № 2493), а саме, змінено нормативи в частині зменшення розміру допустимого добового відхилення (для замовників послуг транспортування з 10% до 3%), та збільшення величини коригування плати за добовий небаланс з 10% до 20%.

У зв'язку із коливанням ціни природного газу на ринку в бік збільшення, керуючись пунктом 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару та зменшити загальний об'єм постачання природного газу, при цьому загальна вартість Договору залишається без змін.
