Додатковою угодою № 3 до договору про надання охоронних послуг № 12 від 21.01.2019 року, у зв'язку з недостачею бюджетних коштів, сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 7.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
"7.1. Загальна сума договору становить 334 000,00 грн. (Триста тридцять чотири тисячі гривень 00 коп.).
•94 016,04 грн. (Дев’яносто чотири тисячі шістнадцять грн. 04 коп.) сплачується за рахунок небюджетного рахунку філії (26004300184353 в філії ООУ АТ «Ощадбанк» м. Одеса МФО 328845),
•а 239 983,96 грн. (Двісті тридцять дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот вісімдесят три грн. 96 коп.) сплачуються за бюджетні кошти з розрахункового рахунку – 35232056092195, відкритого на користь філії ПАТ «НСТУ» «Одеська РД» в Державній казначейській службі України МФО 820172.»

Керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме його пунктом 5 статті 36, передбачена можливість продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на наступний рік, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % на період достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2020 році.
У зв'язку з чим сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору № 12 від 21.01.2019 року на період з 01.01.2020 року по 31.01.2020 року включно.

Note:
Відповідно до п. 10.1 цього договору та п. 5 ст 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", вносимо зміни до дадаткової угоди № 4 від 26 грудня 2019 року та № 5 від 31.01.2020 року та продовжуємо дію Договору № 12 від 21.01.2019 року на період до 29.02.2020 року включно, у розмірі та обсягах, що не перевищують 20 % від 334 000,00 грн. (суми договору), а саме на 20%, що становить 66 800,00 грн.,(Шістдесят шість тисяч вісімсот гривень 00 коп.), без ПДВ, з яких:
46 385,45 (Сорок шість тисяч триста вісімдесят п'ять грн. 45 коп.) сплачується за рахунок небюджетних коштів з господарського рахунку філії (IBAN: UA813288450000026004300184353 в філії ООУ АТ "Ощадбанк" м. Одеса МФО 328845),
а 20 414, 55 грн. (Двадцять тисяч чотириста чотирнадцять грн. 55 коп.) сплачуються за бюджетні кошти з розрахункового рахунку - п/р UA478201720343260002000092195, відкритого на користь філії ПАТ "НСТУ" "Одеська РД" в Державній казначейській службі України МФО 820172."
