Сторони домовились на підставі пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшити обсяги закупівлі зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника на суму 55065,69 грн. (П’ятдесят п’ять тисяч шістдесят п’ять гривень 69 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 9177,62 грн. (Дев’ять тисяч сто сімдесят сім гривень 62 копійки) та у зв'язку з чим визначити у пункті 3.1. ціна цього Договору становить 248464,31 грн. (Двісті сорок вісім тисяч чотириста шістдесят чотири гривні 31 копійка), у тому числі ПДВ 41410,72 грн. (Сорок одна тисяча чотириста десять гривень 72 копійки) Ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням розділу V Податкового кодексу України, з наступними доповненнями та змінами.
