Відповідно до п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VII від 25.12.2015 р. коригується ціна по предмету закупівлі М'ясо код за ДК 021:2015 - 15110000-2 Ціна за одиницю товару філе куряче охолоджене з ціни 91,80 грн./кг. збільшується на 100,12 грн./кг ; четвертина куряча охолоджена з ціни 55,20 грн./кг. збільшується на 60,71 грн./кг ; філе стегна куряче , охолоджене вак. уп. ¼ з ціни 79,80 грн./кг. збільшується на 87,77 грн./кг , та зменшення обсягів закупівлі без збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі , а також внести зміни до додатку № 1 «Специфікація» , яка є невід’ємною частиною даної додаткової угоди та договору № ВТ -1 від 14.01.2021 року.
