Відповідно до Плану використання бюджетних коштів на 2021 рік, погодженого Державним агентством автомобільних доріг України від 15.01.2021 р., Скоригованого Плану експлуатаційного утримання автомобільних доріг загального користування державного значення у Чернігівської області на 2021 р. від 28.10.2021 року, необхідністю внесення зміни проектних рішень, враховуючи пункт 1 частини 5 ст. 41 Закону України ”Про публічні закупівлі”, відповідно пункту 3.2 Договору, Сторони домовились зменшити ціну Договору та пункт 3.1 викласти у новій редакції.
