Протоколу №30 від 31.01.2022 року - прийнято рішення укласти Додаткову №6 від 31.01.2022 року угоду про наступне:
1. Загальна сума договору в період з 01.01.2022р. по 01.04.2022р. не перевищує 20% загальної суми договору №31 від 09.02.2021 року та становить 29 166 гривень 30 копійок без ПДВ.
2. Загальна сума вартості Договору №31 від 09.02.2021 року на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить 121 980, 73 грн. без ПДВ.
2. Внести зміни в Додаток №1 «Специфікація» до договору №31 від 09.02.2021 року та викласти його в новій редакції, що додається.
3. Загальний обсяг молока пастеризованого в період з 01.01.2022 року по 01.04.2022 року становить 345 кг риби.
