Замовник і Постачальник за домовленістю сторін, керуючись пунктом 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII, дійшли згоди пункт 4 Додаткової угоди № 3 від 02.01.2019 року викласти в наступній редакції:
Сума зобов’язань за додатковою угодою не перевищує 20% вартості Договору попереднього бюджетного періоду і складає: 57 565,80 грн. (п'ятдесят сім тисяч п'ятсот шістдесят п'ять гривень 80 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ: 9 594,30 грн. (дев'ять тисяч п'ятсот дев'яносто чотири гривнi 30 копійок).
