У звязку з набуттям Пирятинською міською радою прав і обовязків Дейманівської сільської ради (в результаті припинення Дейманівської сільської ради та входженням територіальної громади Дейманівської сільської ради до складу територіальної громади Пирятинської міської ради), відповідно до пункту 1)частини 1 розділу І Закону України "Про внесення змін до деяких законів України щодо впорядкування окремих питань організації та діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування і районних державних адміністрацій", сторони погодилися замінити одну із Сторін договору про закупівлю робіт №1 від 13.12.2019 по обєкту"Розчистка та поліпшення екологічного стану ділянки р.Удай в адміністративних межах Дейманівської сільської ради Пирятинського району Полтавської області", укладеного між приватним підприємством "Гідробуд" та Дейманівською сільською радою, а саме передати виконавчому комітету Пирятинської міської ради усі права та обовязки Замовника за договором про закупівлю робіт №1 від 13.12.2019р.
