Зміни що не стосуються істотних умов договору. Зміни за згодою сторін, відповідно до ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України. Сторони доповнили договір п. 2.3-2.4 та п. 5.17-5.19 та п .12.5 а пункт 13.1 викласти в новій редакції. У п. 2.3. було визначено найменування предмету закупівлі: за кодом згідно Національного класифікатора ДК 021:2015-09310000-5 - Електрична енергія. У п. 2.4. визначений обсяг електричної енергії 10136 кВт*год. У п. 5.17. визначена вартість послуг (товару) за договором 41 782,19 грн з ПДВ. та зазначені інші умови не пов'язані зі зміною істотних умов договору. У п. 13.1 було визначено строк дії договору по 31.12.2021 р. а в частині виконання зобов'язань до повного виконання.

В зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі електричної енергії за договором 1009 від 13.04.2021 р. на 2634 кВт*год та відповідно і зменшення вартості послуг (товарів) за цім договором. Сторони договору домовились, внести відповідні зміни до договору, шляхом складання та підписання додаткової угоди.
