Note:
Керуючись пунктом 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону, на підставі пункту 2 частини 11.2. розділу ХI Договору про закупівлю товарів №83 від 26.04.2021 року (далі – Договір) Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 % у зв’язку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, а саме: буряк з 4,75 грн./кг на 5,22 грн./кг, морква з 7,15 грн./кг на 7,85 грн./кг, цибуля з 6,70 грн./кг на 7,35 грн./кг, капуста білокачанна з 4,88 грн./кг на 5,35 грн./кг. Згідно пункту 1, частини 5, статті 41 Закону та частиною 1.3. розділу I Договору сторони домовились зменшити обсяг закупівлі – 1 393,428 кг.
