Згідно п.10.3 та п.11.6 Договору, відповідно до частини п’ятої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовились доповнити Договір пунктом 10.1.1 в редакції такого змісту:
«10.1.1. Дію договору про закупівлю подовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі.»
Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 березня 2020 року.
