Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків передбачених частиною 5 статті 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII. 2. Викласти пункт 3.4. розділу 3. «Вимірювання обсягу, вартість та визначення якості послуг» Договору в наступній редакції: «3.4. Обсяги закупівлі, можуть бути зменшені, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника (ч.5 п. 1 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII).
