Керуючись вимогами пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору № 29/51 від 05 березня 2019р., а саме:
- Доповнити Договір пунктом 11.8 у наступній редакції:
«11.8. Дія даного Договору продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% (двадцять відсотків) суми, визначеної даним Договором відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі.»

«11.9. З врахуванням положення п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Договір вважається пролонгованим до 29 лютого 2020 року на час, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, і яка складає 10 194,00 грн. (десять тисяч сто дев’яносто чотири грн. 00 коп., в тому числі ПДВ 1 699,00 грн.»
