Постачальник передає Споживачу на умовах цього Договору замовлений Споживачем обсяг (об’єм) природного газу у період з листопада 2021 року по грудень 2022 року (включно), в кількості 19,148 тис. куб.метрі в (дев’ятнадцять тисяч сто сорок вісім ) куб.метрів, у тому числі по місяцях (далі також - розрахункові періоди) (тис.куб.м.). Загальний обсяг природного газу, замовлений Споживачем за цим Договором, складається з сум загальних обсягів природного газу, замовлених Споживачем на всі розрахункові періоди протягом строку дії Договору.» Викласти пункт 4.3. Договору в наступній редакції: «4.3. Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 264 146,66 грн., крім того ПДВ - 52 829,33 грн., разом з ПДВ - 316 975,99 грн. (триста шістнадцять тисяч дев’ятсот сімдесят п’ять грн. 99 коп.)»
