Відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.п. 12.3.4., 12.3.11. та 12.3.12. Договору, Сторони домовилися про закупівлю апаратури для запису та відтворення аудіо- та відеоматеріалу – за кодом ДК 021:2015 – 32330000-5 (технічний засіб фіксування судового процесу (судового засідання)) на суму разом з ПДВ 5 294 016,00 грн., що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в 2017 році.
