1. Викласти пункт 4.1. Договору в такій редакції:
«4.1. Ціна даного Договору становить 5 139 072 (п’ять мільйонів сто тридцять дев’ять тисяч
сімдесят дві гривні) 00 копійок, у тому числі ПДВ - 856 512 (вісімсот п’ятдесят шість тисяч п’ятсот
дванадцять гривень) 00 копійок.
2. Викласти пункт 6.1. Договору в такій редакції:
«6.1. Постачальник зобов’язується у строки, визначені у Специфікації (Додаток № 1 до цього
Договору) здійснити поставку Товару до визначеного (визначених) у Специфікації місця (місць)
поставки. Поставка Товару за цим Договором повинна бути здійснена Постачальником до 3 1.03.2022
включно.
3. Додаток № 1 до Договору викласти в редакції, що додається.
4. Інші умови цього Договору залишаються без змін.
