На підставі п.2 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони дійшли згоди, щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж 10 відсотків у зв'язку з коливанням ціни товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призвиде до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі. Викласти пункт 1.2. розділу I Договору у наступній редакції: 1.Найменування - Бензин моторний марки А-92; кількість - 2138,061 літрів; ціна за одиницю грн. з ПДВ - 22,95; всього грн. з ПДВ - 49068,50. 2.Найменування - Паоиво дизельне;кількість - 12000 літрів; ціна за одиницю грн. з ПДВ - 20,40; всього грн. з ПДВ - 244800,00. Решта умови Договору залишаються незмінними та обов'зковими до виконання Сторонами. Дана угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її сторонами.
