1. Сторони домовились доповнити п.3.1 Договору наступною фразою: "Вартість 1 Гкал складає 1374.40 грн. без ПДВ, з урахуванням всіх витрат (включаючи постачання), зборів та податків Постачальника".
2. Сторони домовились п. 1.3. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: "1.3. Теплова енергія постачається Замовникові у кількості 999,656 Гкал."
