1. Сторони дійшли згоди вимкласти пункт 4.1 Договору унаступній редакції: "4.1. Постачання газу здійснюється за ціною, що вільно встановлюється між Постачальником та Споживачам. Ціна газу з 1 лютого 2017 р. становить 8515,70 грн за 1000 куб.м. крім того ПДВ 1703,14 грн., всього з ПДВ 10218,84 грн. В подальшому ціна на газ вимзначається на офіційному веб-сайті Постачальника. У разі зміни постачальником, така ціна є обов'язковою для сторін даного договору. Споживач підписанням цього договору підтверджує, що погоджується з даним порядков визначення ціни. Вартість місячного договірного обсягу газу, відповідно до місяця постачання, визначається як добуток Ціни Газу та планового обсягу газу, визначеного Сторонами на відповідний місяць постачання (п. 1.3 Додатку№1 або відповідної заявки). Вартість фактично поставленого Споживачу обсягу, протягом відповідного місяця постачання, визначається як добуток Ціни газу та обсягу фактично поставленого Споживачу газу, за відповідний місяць постачання, згідно актів приймання-передаі. Загальна вартість договору складається з місячних сум вартості фактично поставлених обсягів газу Споживачеві , згідно актів приймання-передачі, складених сторонами протягом строку дії Договору та становить 1050454,17 грн., крім того ПДВ 210090,83 грн., всього 1260545,00 грн.)
