Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі,що не перевищує 20 % ціни що визначена в Договорі до 31 березня 2022р.
Сума додаткової угоди становить 587 178.00грн(пятсот вісімдесять сім тисяч сто сімдесять вісім грн.00коп.),що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни відповідно до п.6ст.41 ЗУ"Про публічні закупівлі".
