Сторони договору керуючись ст. 651, 652,653,654 Цивільного кодексу України , п.1, ч.4, статті 36 ЗУ " Про публічні закупівлі", дійшли згоди з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача обсяг природного газу, що постачається Споживачу протягом 2018 року, зменшити на суму 24731,28 грн. та внести зміни та доповненння до укладеного Договору, а саме:
З 1 жовтня 2018 року ціна природного газу до сплати за 1000 куб. м. - 14804,22 грн.;
Постачальник здійснює протягом 2018 року постачання природного газу Споживачу для власного споживання в обсязі до 11,629 тис. куб.м.

Вартість Договору визначається як добуток ціни природного газу та договірних обсягів постачання природного газу визначених Споживачем у Додатку 1 цього договору та становить 140320,90 грн. (Сто сорок тисяч триста двадцять грн. 90 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 23386,82 грн."
Внести зміни та доповнення до п.11.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: "Договір набирає чинності з 01.03.2018 року та діє в частині постачання природного газу до 31.01.2019 р., а в частині проведення розрахунків до повного їх погаашення".
