Сторони керуючись пп.11.2.2 розділу 11 Договору №540 від 11.09.2018р. та відповідно до вимог пункту 1 статті 651 ЦКУ, п.2 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до Договору , а саме: змінити ціну за одиницю товару в бік збільшення зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, визначеної у додатку №1 «Специфікація» до Договору та викласти цей Додаток №1 в новій редакції, що додається та є невід’ємною частиною Договору (Додаток №1 до цієї Угоди). Пункт 2.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «2.1 Ціна цього Договору визначена Сторонами згідно із специфікацією товару (Додаток №1 до Договору) і на дату підписання Сторонам цього Договору становить 1208008,17 грн. з ПДВ»

Сторони, уклали цю Додаткову угоду № 2(далі – Угода) до Договору про закупівлю товарів, робіт та послуг за державні кошти від11.09.2018№ 540(далі - Договір) про таке: Сторони, керуючись пп. 11.2.2 розділу 11 Договору № 540 від 11.09.2018 року та відповідно до вимог пункту ч.1 ст.651 ЦКУ, п.2 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме: 1.1. Змінити ціну за одиницю Товару в бік збільшення зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, визначеної у Додатку № 1 «Специфікація» до Договору та викласти цей Додаток № 1 в новій редакції, що додається та є невід’ємною частиною Договору (Додаток № 1 до цієї Угоди). 1.2.Пункт 2.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «2.1 Ціна цього Договору визначена Сторонами згідно із специфікацією товару (Додаток 1 до Договору) і на дату підписання Сторонами цього Договору становить: 1 207 735,80 грн. ( Один мільйон двісті сім тисяч сімсот тридцять п`ять гривень 80 коп.), у т. ч. ПДВ – 201 289,30 грн. (двісті одна тисяча двісті вісімдесят дев`ять гривня 30 коп.)»
